The Legend Has Retired

Today marks the end of an era at Hughes and Salvidge, as the irreplaceable Cheryl Crabbe ‘draws the curtains’ on a glittering career across our divisions.

From her infamous chocolate eclairs, to her infectious energy around the office (and of course at work events!), 21 years doesn’t feel long enough to have had Cheryl in the business.

Starting in the accounts team within our K&B Crushers division, Cheryl became an integral part of the day-today running of the department. Over time, her role and responsibilities expanded as she became increasingly important to the business as a whole.

‘Cheryl has played a huge part in the company's incredible journey over the years, and as a business we cannot thank her enough. We wish her the best of luck with all the exciting projects she has coming up outside of work, and we look forward to welcoming her back whenever she wishes to pop in.’ – Martyn Burnett, MD.

Whilst today may be her last day, with all the exciting developments on the horizon, we are sure we will see her for a cuppa and a catch up soon (maybe the odd prosecco!)

Thank you for your hard work and dedication Cheryl, you will be missed by everyone.
